1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By using our platform, placing an order, or registering an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

This document is prepared in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including but not limited to commercial law, civil obligations, consumer protection regulations, and digital commerce governance.

Users should meet below condition to use our platform :

  2. Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration or checkout.
  3. Agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing online commerce and consumer rights in Nepal.

3. Account Registration and Security

  1. You bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  2. Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility.
  3. You commit to alerting us right away in the event of an unauthorized use or breach.

4. Product Information and Pricing

  1. We make every effort to provide you accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock status.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, prices include all applicable taxes.
  3. We reserve the right to rectify pricing error or listing errors and to cancel or refund any orders.

5. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

  1. All orders are dependent upon confirmation and availability.
  2. Payment methods include digital wallets, bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is currently not available.
  3. Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to third-party logistics or natural causes will be communicated.

6. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Returns and refunds are accpeted if they fulfill company specified condition. For complete details, we advised customer to visit our Refund and Return Policies.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellations follow the return policy. We may cancel orders for stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

8. User Conduct

Once you use our Platform, you agree not to :

  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
  3. Attempt to breach the security of our systems or gain unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on our platform are the intellectual property of Sujan Ghotane beauty / SG Beauty and may not be used without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for :

  1. Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  2. Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
  3. Product misuse, neglect, or modifications made after delivery.

11. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information is never sold or misused and is handled in compliance with the prevailing privacy laws of Nepal.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, internet outages, or government restrictions.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion if we find violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of services.

14. Disclaimer for Third-Party Content

We are not liable for content, services, or offers advertised or sold by third-party sellers through our platform. Users engaging with third-party vendors do so at their own risk.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable legal documents, constitute the full agreement between the customer and Sujan Ghotane Beauty or SG Beauty, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

16. Communication and Record Keeping

All electronic communication (order confirmations, receipts, return approvals) sent through our system are considered legally valid and will be retained as transaction records.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revisions.
